And above all, this dish is made of recycled ceramic clay, and incorporates an environmentally friendly system. This involves finely grinding the ceramics that have already been baked and mixing them into new clay as raw materials, re-use what could not be made into products. This product was born from the development of a ceramic recycling system created by volunteer companies from the Mino ware production area.

In order to continue to use our limited and precious resources carefully, it would be great if not only our creators but also us users could choose such items.
